Black + White is a body of works by David Mahoney. The exhibition centres around portraits of leading individuals who operate in disparate and opposing ways; from the likes of the Rolling Stones to Kanye West, Miley Cyrus to Adele and Putin to Obama.

“In this series I wanted to try to unify these contrasting figures in a similar style, with simple black ink wash backgrounds, black clothing and small pen drawings around their portraits that each person can be identified by.’

David has had his work displayed in numerous publications and has spoken at events in both the USA and UK.
